NADA

"Nada Yoga is a way to discover the unique power within our voice to heal ourselves."

Nada means sound or flow of consciousness. It refers to the subtle sounds around and within us. Nada Yoga is a mystic practice of deep listening and cultivating receptivity. Nada yoga is a way to discover the unique power within our voice to heal ourselves. When we sing we resonate every cell in our body. Sound therapy or Nada Yoga offers us the possibility of a drug free way of treating pain, illness and mental health issues, as well as a way of tuning ourselves to the divine.

The Nada Bindu Upanishad Is one of the 20 Upanishads mentioned in the 4 Vedas and dates back to 300 to 100 BC. The text primarily talks about the Primordial sound of OM. This ancient practice of Nada is primarily the yoga of listening. It is a journey from the noise
of the external world to the inward place of Silence, Peace and Bliss which is the source of Transformational power of sound – the Nada. By meditating on the inner sacred sound of the Nada, we can release ourselves from mind chatter and obsessive thinking. We can stilt the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart to create a state of mind where ease and joy becomes a natural state of being.

“Nada is that language within us that has no words;
it is the language of our feelings, thoughts, beliefs,
conditionings, and inner intelligence.”

When we discuss sound, we’re talking about motion in the air around us, the frequency of waves in the air around us. We are referring to the field around us. Although we may not “hear” all the frequencies that exist in our world, we are affected by all of them, and we affect them with our own sounds and activities as well. Let’s understand how that is possible.

Nada is that language within us that has no words; it is the language of our feelings, thoughts, beliefs, conditionings, and inner intelligence. This language is the subtle Nada that constantly plays within us and if only we could hear that sound, we would never look outside for a solution or resolution as the Divine within your very being will become the guiding force behind every thought, word, action and reaction in your life. This language of the inner nada was practiced by the ancients all over the world. Whether we talk about the ancient Greek who believed in the power of sound healing. This language was practiced by the ancient and the indigenous traditions. Hippocrates, the father of western medicine, often took his patients to the healing temple Asclepius. In Asclepius, music was used to establish and maintain the natural Harmony of the bodies.

In Nada yoga, we present tremendous range of practices that directly embody spiritual growth. It not only works on our own body and mind but enables us to become catalysts in ending unrest and disharmony in the world in totality too, as What is within us is reflected on the outside.. With persistent practice of singing, chanting, and listening we can eradicate all problems of socio, economic, and political nature without raging wars and building technology for ensuring safety. In our course, we enable you to use the science and technology of Nada as the basis of transforming anything and everything.
